Throughout his career, Ed has sponsored and/or successfully implemented large Customer Relations Management (CRM), Document Management with workflow, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and off-the-shelf systems for large and small public organizations.
His extensive range of experience with software integration or adoption, facilitating and implementing Information Technology (IT) Strategic Planning, and handling data conversion projects strengthen EID’s efforts to provide outstanding experience, subject matter expertise and the best service for our clients.
His solid track record of success, which includes working with an organization’s Executive and/or Business leadership to adopt “just-in-time” technology, improve business driven processes with technology solutions and leverage software system as a method to drive customer service improvements or fiscal responsibility. He has the knowledge to maximize and the IT resource team and IT investment to create a customer centric, reliable and responsive service organization to meet the business requirements.
Experience and Insight
Mr. Ed Lee brings a wealth of “solid hands-on” experience in content management projects and lesson learned with integrating records and document management technology into an organization. He possesses the advance knowledge of document and record capture with the latest technologies such as machine learning algorithm, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, etc. Mr. Lee has expertise in all phases of an enterprise content management project, experience with doing document/records management assessments, records prep for data conversion, writing project requirements, preparing a request for proposals, etc.
He owns the rare blend of insight with his participation in industry standards, and best practices with “real-world” project experience, and the ability to work with all levels of an organization or project teams to facilitate project/technology change management. For example, Mr. Lee may serve as project oversight, trainer, business analyst, system tester, etc. In addition, he has acquired an in-depth understanding of all aspects of technology integration, security, and system administration of some of the largest content management solutions.
Mr. Lee has a long history of working with all types of organizations to create and adopt the strategies or goals of a “trusted” environment architecture. He has leveraged his certification as an information governance professional to acquire intermediate experience with EID customers to conduct risk assessments/mitigations strategies, how to automate records management and disposition, plus establish policies and procedures to manage the lifecycle of electronic records (e.g., email, fax, data files, etc.).

Mr. Lee has completed an ISO/ANSI 25 Trusted System assessment including the detailed baseline business process analysis and evaluation of forms, records, and documents used by large and small organizations.
Mr. Lee has prepared assessment findings to feed into a strategic roadmap for the organization including technology recommendations, business process
improvements, records/documents management policies and procedures to be in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Mr. Lee has ECM/ERM project management, implementation, and oversight experience including project planning, procurement steps, implementation tasks,
change management activities, mentoring project champions and establish project communication strategies.
Mr. Lee is understands how vital business and/or technology project goals and objectives must be achieved in a timely fashion. He has experience, knowledge and
skills to align or breakdown team activities to achieved the desired outcome required by business and management.
